A young man from Bihar was arrested by police in Cuttack, Gujarat on Sunday for allegedly posting obscene videos of an underage girl on social media.

Prakash emotionally stimulated the girl to send him nude photos and videos. He managed to get some obscene videos of the schoolgirl in WhatsApp video calls and recorded them without her knowledge.
When the young girl began to avoid Prakash to concentrate on her studies, the youngster allegedly mistreated her and started threatening her with dire consequences.
He is said to have shared the videos and photos with his family and loved ones via WhatsApp and Instagram. Moreover, he also threatened them to share the images and footage publicly on social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube while also tagging his school friends and teachers.
Soon after, the girl’s family members filed a complaint with the CDA-Phase-II police station on August 21. Police immediately launched an investigation after receiving the complaints and traced Prakash’s phone number with the help of Cuttack’s Cyber ââCell team. .
A joint team of police and Cyber ââCell officials tracked down Prakash from Surat and arrested him.
