This innovative design grips tight to send all of the CB1000R Black Edition’s power to the ground, while providing a light pull on the clutch lever. Additionally, the slipper design helps mitigate rear wheel hop during downshifts and aggressive decelerations.
QUICK THREE-STAGE SHIFTING
The CB1000R Black Edition has a six-speed manual gearbox, but with one key difference: this one comes with a quick shifter. This means you can upshift without the clutch at full power. Additionally, the shifter also assists with downshifting and is adjustable to three shifter levels: soft, medium, and hard. It’s a race spec bike, built for the streets.
