MAFS: Axed Married At First Sight Scene Would Be Fully Released

0

A disgusting cross-hatched scene that will make your stomach sick was revealed this week – and it’s the kind of thing the producers of MAFS would skim over.

Remember when reality TV was about people with normal teeth doing the butt dance?

OK, maybe that’s looking back with rose-colored glasses. Reality TV has always caused a scandal.

Turkey slaps. There’s something about Miriam. The time Dicko took off Paulini’s golden dress.

Everyone still had their real teeth back then, but it’s true that reality TV has never been without controversy.

The only difference is that now the controversies are more contentious. And each night. Sometimes one controversy per episode isn’t enough and we get two more controversies that, equally awful, don’t even make the promo. These are just bonus controversies. A free gift with purchase.

The latest reality TV controversy is one that many people across the country are aware of, whether or not they watch the show. He’s been everywhere this week.

A chick named Olivia in Channel 9’s social experiment Married at first sight scoured the internet for a nude photo of another contestant named Domenica and then maliciously showed the rest of the group.

Of course, the photo was posted by Domenica on adult content subscription website OnlyFans. But there’s a difference between choosing to post it behind a paywall and having it maliciously distributed to your acquaintances who probably never knew it existed.

Most of us can only imagine how Domenica feels. If someone even distributed photos of me between the ages of 7 and 21 without my permission, I would have to take stress leave.

Strangely, most of the other contestants blamed Domenica.

“You created an OnlyFans. That’s what (happens) to people who put their nude photos online,” another wife said. “They have to deal with this!”

Yeah! And by that logic, anyone who has ever purchased anything online deserves to have their credit card scammed and their identity stolen!

This show is no stranger to controversies that end with the public calling for action through formal complaints and online petitions. The big question that emerges from the leaked photos is why the show’s experts or producers didn’t step in to stop the harmful behavior.

Bizarrely, in an episode that aired just days before the photos scandal, experts banned a cheating couple from taking part in the experiment on the grounds that it was unprincipled.

“There’s absolutely no way for us to allow you to re-enter the experience as a new couple,” pundit John Aiken chided the couple in an impassioned speech. “It won’t happen now, and it won’t happen in the future. And the reason for that is very clear. This betrayal is incredibly troubling and difficult for all of us to observe. And we see no merit in this relationship that you should continue with this experience.

They invent the rules as they go along. A few years ago, they allowed another cheating couple back into the experiment.

If, in 2022, the line is now drawn to allow contestants to cheat, then where does leaking someone’s nude photos rank?

Other reality TV producers draw the line at less damaging – albeit just as disgusting – things.

Under the bridge below – a series about the crew working aboard a luxury superyacht sailing through the Whitsundays – began airing on Hayu this week and chief stewardess Aesha Scott revealed to The Kyle & Jackie O Show that the producers refused to release in full a childhood anecdote she told to the cameras.

She treated Kyle and Jack with the uncensored version. And believe it or not, the sample quotes below have been tamed for publication.

“I was eight years old and I wanted to know where (poop) came from and I was sitting on the toilet, I put my finger all the way up,” she recalls.

“…And then I pulled my finger back, I looked at my hand…Then it moved closer and closer to my mouth and-“

In fact, on reflection, we don’t need to finish this anecdote.

Corn MAFS would have totally diffused it.
