Man shares inappropriate photos of his ex-girlfriend online


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) — A man has been charged after allegedly posting inappropriate photos of his former partner online, according to an affidavit.

According to an affidavit obtained by News4, Earnest D. Woodard, 37, gained access to his former partner’s Google photos, including a nude photo of the victim, and posted it to his own personal Facebook account in a group of photos with other photos of her. .

The victim told police these were his photos and that Woodard took screenshots and texted them to him. According to the affidavit, Woodard and the victim have a child together; however, they have not lived together since late December.

According to the affidavit, a separate incident took place on March 13 between the two, when Woodard filmed himself entering her apartment without her or her child being present without consent permission. He then posted this video to Facebook and posted it a second time while the police spoke to the victim.

The victim told police of another incident that happened on March 23 when he was dropping off snacks for their child. While at her house, he got angry that another man called him, even though their relationship was over. The affidavit says he called the victim after Woodward left and threatened to shoot him.

The affidavit confirmed that the victim blocked Woodward from all forms of communication following this conversation. Woodward then contacted her again using her sister’s phone.

Woodward was charged with unlawful exposure and is currently awaiting trial.
